What is HTET Exam ?
The HTET is the Haryana Teacher Eligibility test which is a state-level exam & Board of School Education, Haryana conducts this exam every year for teachers to qualify this for the various teaching posts like PRT, TGT & PGT posts in Government & Private Schools of Haryana. HTET is compulsory state-level recruitment exam that is conducted for the selection of teachers at government schools in Haryana.
HTET is for those candidates who want to become teachers in Level-1 PRT (class I-V) & Level-2 TGT (Class VI-VIII), & Level-3 PGT (Lecturer) schools in Haryana state. All the candidates who fulfill HTET's eligibility criteria will be able to appear in the exam.

HTET 2023 Exam Levels
HTET 2023 exam will be going to conduct at 3 levels based on posts, that are mentioned below:

HTET Exam Online Application
Haryana Board of School Education, will start the HTET Online Application Form 2023 on 17th September 2023. The last date for applying for the HTET 2023 Exam is 27th September 2023. HTET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility criteria for HTET Level-1 Primary Teacher(PRT) (Class I -V):
(i)Senior Secondary or equivalent with minimum 50% marks & passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR (i)Senior secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum of 50% marks & passed/appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR (i)Senior secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks & passed/appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special education). OR (i)Graduation & passed/appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education (ii) Metric with Hindi or Sanskrit or Sr. secondary/Graduation/Post graduation with Hindi as one of the other subjects.
The Eligibility Criteria of HTET Level-2 TGT (Class VI-VIII):
(i)Graduation & passed/appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR (i)Graduation with minimum of 50% marks & passed or appearing in Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR (i)Graduation with minimum of 45% marks & passed/appearing in 2- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued time to time in this regard. OR (i)Senior Secondary or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks & passed/appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR (i)Senior Secondary or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks & passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR (i)Graduation with minimum of 50% marks & passed / appearing in B.Ed(Special Education).(ii) Metric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr. secondary/Graduation/Post graduation with Hindi as one of the other subjects.
The Eligibility Criteria of HTET Level-3 Lecturer (Class IX-XII) :
(i) Postgraduation degree in the concerned subject with minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university & B.Ed. from a recognized university (ii) Metric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr.Secondary/Graduation/Post-graduation with Hindi as one of the other subjects. & with a consistent good academic record.
