What is UPTET Exam ?
UPTET 2023 Exam: UPTET Exam is a state-level eligibility exam organized by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB). UPTET exam is conducted one time every year for determination of eligible candidates for Primary & Upper Primary Post of Teachers in various schools of Uttar Pradesh.The UPTET 2023 notification will be released on official website.

UPTET 2023 Exam Notification
. The candidates must download the UPTET 2023 official notification's PDF from the official website and read it carefully for more understanding about the UPTET exam 2023. UPTET 2023 Exam Online Application Form
Online application form filling process for UPTET will began once the UPTET Exam 2023 Notification is released by NTA. Step 1: Visit the official website @upbasiceduboard.gov.in of UPTET.
Step 2: Click on आवेदन करे or “UPTET 2023”/Apply For UPTET 2023.
Step 3: Register for the UPTET by filling the details (name, date of birth, gender, address etc.)
Step 4: Now apply by using the required details
Step 5: Upload scanned images of the photo & sign.
Step 6: Pay the application fee
Step 7: Save the confirmation page & take out the print for future.
UPTET 2023 Exam Application Fee
Candidates who are willing to apply for the UPTET exam can do the same by log in to the official website of UPTET. To submit the online UPTET Application Form successfully, a candidate must have to pay Rs. 600/- as the application fee for GEN/OBC. Candidates belonging to the reserved SC/ST category have to pay Rs. 400/- as UPTET Application Fee. Candidates who are physically disabled/abnormal are exempted from paying application fee. The Application form and application fees for UPTET 2023 will be paid through online mode only.

UPTET 2023 Exam Age Limit
The age of the candidate who is applying must be between 18 Years-35 Years. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories would be provided age relaxation as per the government rules.

UPTET 2023 Exam Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for candidates appearing for Paper-1 as compared to candidates appearing for Paper-2 are different. Candidates must go through the UPTET Eligibility Criteria 2023 before applying for the application form online.
UPTET Eligibility Criteria for Primary & Upper Primary Teachers

UPTET 2023 Exam Pattern
The UPTET exam is divided into two papers – Paper 1 & Paper 2. It is a pen-paper-based test of 150 marks having 150 multiple-choice questions each of 1 mark without any negative marking. UPTET 2023 Exam Admit Card
UPTET admit card will be released on the official website. Candidates can download their UPTET exam admit card online from the official website. The admit card will be released separately for candidates appearing for UPTET Paper-1 & Paper-2. The UPTET exam date will be out on the official website of UPTET.
UPTET Exam Result

UPTET 2023 Exam Selection Process
Cut off are the minimum marks which are required to qualify the exam. Cut-off is decided by the exam authority depending upon the factors like difficulty level of the exam & the number of candidates who appeared for the exam:

UPTET 2023 Exam Salary
The UPTET salary includes basic Salary & grades according to the 7th Pay Commission. The UPTET salary is Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- for primary teacher & Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- for upper primary teacher. The in-hand salary depends on the location of the school i.e. rural & urban & the difference comes mainly in the house-rent allowance (HRA).
